Stock Issues and Received

Stock issue is generally use to record the outgoing stock use by your company either as a sample product to customers or for display purpose.

Since there will be a decrease in your inventory value, you will need to record it in the system accordingly. To do so, you can go to Inventory menu > Stock Issues.

Below is the Listing page for the Stock Issues module. In the Listing page, you are able to view list of previous created records.

To edit a record, simply click on the Stock Issue No and you will be directed back to the Entry screen. Once you've made the changes, please click the Save button to update the record.

You can delete the record by checking on the box next to the Date. Next, click on the button to delete. To clear all the records made, tick the check box located at the top-left of the screen

Besides that, you may choose to print the stock issues listing by clicking on the Print button. This will open the file in .pdf format.

Note that, you won't be able to edit/delete records that are within the locked period. To perform these actions, please change your Lock Date in the Preferences.

Record New Stock Issues

You can enter new record by clicking on the in the Listing page.

Enter all the required details marked with a *.

To add new Item Code*, click on the Add button. Once you are done, click Save to store your record.

Contrary to Stock Issues, you may use the Stock Received module to update incoming stock that is outside your company official purchasing transaction; for example - receiving sample products from suppliers.

To record this quantity in, you can go to Inventory menu > Stock Received.

Below is the Listing page for the Stock Received module. In the Listing page, you are able to view list of previous created records.

To edit a record, simply click on the Stock Received No and you will be redirected to the Entry screen. Once you've made the changes, please click the Save button to update the record.

Record New Stock Received

If you are in the Listing page, you are able to create new record by clicking on the button. Otherwise, you may access the Entry page by going to Inventory menu > Stock Received > .

Next, select the Date* and Location* from the drop-down list. Enter all the desired information.

To add new line of item, just click on the Add button. Once you're done, hit the Save button to store the record made.
